At Print with Kanishk, every product is specially customized as per your order.
We put our best effort into ensuring your product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, since all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy under normal circumstances.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund will be accepted only under the following conditions:
1. The product received is physically damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
2. The issue must be clearly visible in a continuous unboxing video recorded from start to end, without any cuts or pauses.
3. The unboxing video should clearly show the parcel opening, product condition, and print quality.
4. Without a proper unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be processed.

🕐 Reporting Time
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order in case of any issue.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

⚙️ Resolution Process
Once we verify your complaint and unboxing video:
If approved, a replacement will be sent for the same product.
A refund will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.
The final decision will be taken by the Print with Kanishk Quality Team.

⚡ Warranty / Guarantee Disclaimer for Electronic Items
Electronic or power-based products such as lamps, LED frames, light boxes, or similar items come with no warranty or guarantee.
All items are tested before dispatch.
Any issue caused by power fluctuation, socket problem, rough use, or mishandling after delivery will not be covered under the replacement or refund policy.

🚫 No Return / Refund in the Following Cases
Change of mind after placing the order.
Wrong size, design, or photo uploaded by the customer.
Slight variation in color, brightness, or print tone due to lighting or screen display.
Functional issues in power-based products after successful working delivery.
Orders without valid unboxing video proof.
Return timeframe:- if return is accepted return product will be delivered within 4-7 business days
Replacement timeframe:- if replacement is accepted replaced product will be delivered within 4-7 business days
Exchange timeframe:- if exchange is accepted exchanged product will be delivered within 4-7 business days
refund timeframe:- if refund is accepted refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 4-7 business days

🛍️ Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is made, cancellation is not possible, as production starts immediately.
For prepaid orders cancelled before printing, a 50% processing charge may apply.

📦 Delivery & Courier Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order returns to us, reshipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

As our products are handcrafted and custom printed, minor variations in color, alignment, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.
