Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 2 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues or payment failure.

🚚 4. Delivery

Products are usually delivered within 5–10 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

📦 Return is accepted only in special cases:
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect.

🎥 Unboxing video is mandatory:
Return or refund will be processed only if a complete unboxing video is provided by the customer.
If no unboxing video is available, no return or refund will be accepted.
(This rule applies equally to all customers.)

🕒 Complaint time limit:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Complaints made after that will not be accepted.

💰 Refund process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

🧾 Exchange:
Since our products are custom-made, exchange is not available.
If the product is damaged or wrong, a reprint will be provided instead.
